Looking for a New Start

    When I was in High School, I wrote a story about a boy living in Japan. I can't give you too many of the details because I'm hoping to do something with the story and it's characters. I'm thinking it could be perfect for a manga/anime even tho I had no intention of going that route when I started it. Anyway... the main character's name is Hibana. Which, in Japanese, means Spark. That ended up becoming a nickname from a few of my friends and it stuck. Today, it's the most important word that I've got.
    If I don't stop and remember that I have a spark inside me... at times I would have absolutely given up. You cannot have any Illumination without a spark to start it. Everything starts with just a spark and all it takes to keep something going is a spark. And I'm damn sure not letting my Spark, the essence of who I am deep down, get taken from me for any reason!
